SOEHPON Celebrates Members Inducted as 2025 ACOEM Fellows

SOEHPON proudly announces the induction of Dr. Anyanate Ephraim and Dr. Ngozi Obi as Fellows of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) at AOHC 2025. The society also recognized Dr. Ada Ogbuji, newly elected Speaker (2025–2026) of ACOEM’s House of Delegates, and Dr. Charles Babajide Onigbogi, continuing his roles in ACOEM’s International Council.

SOEHPON President Dr. Musa Shaibu, alongside past leaders and global peers, celebrated the honorees, underscoring their contributions to advancing occupational health standards.

I am an Occupational Physician, working as the NNPC OH strategy and standards officer at the Corporate OH Department, Abuja. I have received postgraduate trainings in occupational medicine and public health both in Nigeria and Overseas. I have held several positions in SOEHPON. I am currently the National Secretary. Prior to that, i had served as the Assistant PRO and the Treasurer of the Society. I have served on the Local Organising Committee (LoC) for SOEHPON`s Annual Scientific Conference from 2021 to date. I passionate about OH guidelines, regulations and policies. I am a leadership coach, entrepreneurship enthusiast, change management expert and happily married with children.
