World Environment Day (WED) 2026 focuses on climate change, nature-based solutions, and the urgent signals our planet is sending—and, more importantly, the signals we choose to send in response.
The mission is clear: a global call to action for individuals, communities, organizations, and governments to accelerate climate action and steer the world towards a more sustainable, resilient, and environmentally responsible future.
The question is no longer whether change is coming—it is how humanity chooses to guide that change and how quickly we act.
The Society of Occupational and Environmental Health Physicians of Nigeria (SOEHPON) joins the global community in calling on all stakeholders to step in #NowForClimate and play their part in protecting our environment and securing a healthier future for all.
